At least with the Nintendo Entertainment System Classic Mini, the small hardware revisions of the successful consoles of the eighties and nineties are back in fashion and today the managers of SEGA have announced that they will launch the SEGA Mega Drive Mini on the market.
However, little information on the new mini console has been revealed so far. Accordingly, it is not yet known which games and which functions will be delivered with the SEGA Mega Drive Mini. The concrete date of publication and the corresponding price have not yet been communicated. However, it was confirmed that the publication should take place this year. In a livestream, Sega Sammy President Haruki Satomi confirmed that more information will be revealed soon.
