As it is officially called, the successful multiplayer shooter “PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds” should be supported at best over a period of 20 years. In addition, the so-called War mode is now available on the PC.
As confirmed recently by the official website, the multiplayer shooter “PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds” is enjoying growing popularity.
For example, the Xbox One version recently reached another milestone, bringing it to more than seven million players. In a recent interview, Brendan Greene talked about the future of “PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds” and indicated that, at best, the title should be supported over a 20-year period.

Greene says, “We want to do that over the next 20 years, we want to build a platform for game modes and potential e-sports, and we’re committed to supporting the title over a long period of time.” In addition to these statements, the so-called War mode was provided in the PC version of “PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds”.
This can be played for the time being until 16 April and sees itself as a kind of team Deathmatch. Here are three teams, each composed of ten users against each other. “If you die, you’ll turn up in an airplane and crash into chaos again, and the first team to receive 200 points wins,” the developers say.
