At the end of January, Square Enix had completed the role-playing epic about the Seeker of the Dark Chronicles with “Kingdom Hearts 3”. However, the responsible director Tetsuya Nomura had already stressed in the past that this is not the end of the entire series.
Nomura confirms continuation of the series
In a recent interview, Nomura reiterated that he already had plans for Kingdom Hearts 4 and other offshoots in the series. However, players should be offered at least one more “Kingdom Hearts” game before the next main record of the series is released.
In the wording, Nomura said, “As for the next Kingdom Hearts, there will be at least one KH title to be released before KH4.”
Nomura did not want to give more specific information yet. However, during the course of yesterday, the developers emphasized that they would be releasing some extra content for “Kingdom Hearts 3”, which should, among other things, expand the history of RPGs.
“Kingdom Hearts 3” is available for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in the worldwide trade.
