Three months after the release of the tactical first-person shooter, the game will be brought up to date with a content update. At the same time, those responsible celebrate half a million copies sold for the PC.
The first big content update of the military shooter “Insurgency: Sandstorm” has been released. At the same time, New World Interactive and Focus Home Interactive celebrate 500,000 PC copies.
This update introduces the arcade playlist with changing game modes. First, there is a Team Deathmatch mode, which lets you select from all weapons and upgrades regardless of the faction.
Five new weapons (MP5A2, MP5A5, M240B, MG3 and PF940) complete the arsenal. A practice firing range, performance enhancements, and UI enhancements also come into play with this patch.

“Insurgency: Sandstorm” has been playable on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One since September 18, 2018.
