When will the open-world action adventure “Ghost of Tsushima” appear in the global trade? Recent rumors speak of a publication in late summer.
Sucker Punch’s open-world action-adventure “Ghost of Tsushima” is well-known for the PlayStation 4 development. However, neither Sony Interactive Entertainment nor Sucker Punch have made any move to name a potential release period.
Is it just a placeholder?
However, once again a dealer entry makes the round, which may have called the appointment of “Ghost of Tsushima”. So had the Swedish dealer Spelbutiken in its online shop the 30th August 2019 stated as release date. In the meantime the date has been removed from the entry.
This raises the question of whether August 30, 2019 is a placeholder date. Although it’s not the last day of the month, it’s at least the last day of the week since it’s a Friday. However, most of the larger titles now appear on Tuesdays and Fridays, which is why the above date is not complete as a release date
Thus, one can be curious if Sony Interactive Entertainment actually uses the late summer to bring “Ghost of Tsushima” in the trade. Last year, “Marvel’s Spider-Man” was released in early September, using a similar release window.
