“Days Gone” is ready. As Sony Bend announced on the official Twitter account, the title has reached the so-called gold status. This means that the development of the basic version has been connected and the planned release of “Days Gone” is no longer in the way.
Release only at the end of April
However, the title will only be released in a few weeks. The launch of “Days Gone” is scheduled for April 26, 2016 exclusively for the PlayStation 4. You can preorder the game on Amazon.
It has just been announced that the new Freakers adventure will feature no less than six hours of cut-scenes. Based on this, one-fifth of the game consists of any story sequences that will detach you from the controller.
In another message, the makers pointed out that in “Days Gone” no zombies await you, but so-called Freakers. They are not classic undead but infected, which pose a significant danger to you.
Among the Freakers count in “Days Gone” including the “Newts”. According to Sony Bend’s description, smaller freaks make strange moves and remind of a contortionist. There is a hierarchy among the Freakers. Hawkers, for example, attack Newts and eat them.
In “Days Gone” you take on the role of Deacon St. John. The now not so tough biker roams the Pacific Northwest of the USA on his motorcycle. However, the world has changed so much after a pandemic that the so-called Freakers lurk behind every corner. They ultimately pursue the goal of assassinating the remaining humans.
