The turn-based strategy game “Battletech” has received an official release date. Next month, PC and Mac players can experience the mech action. A story trailer was also provided.
This afternoon, Paradox Interactive and the responsible developers of Harebrained Schemes announced a concrete release date for the turn-based strategy game “Battletech”. Having previously spoken only of a release in April, it has now been announced that “Battletech” will be released on April 24, 2018 for the PC and Mac. In line with the announcement, those responsible have also published a new story trailer, which gives a look at the story.
The developers have stressed in a press release that they have long been waiting for the day when they can give “Battletech” the longtime fans in the hand. In addition, the tactical ‘Mech fight and deadly interstellar politics are shared with new players, and developers are grateful to all Kickstarter supporters and fans of the’ MechWarrior ‘universe. Their dedication, support and patience have made “Battletech” possible, according to Jordan Weisman, CEO of Harebrained Schemes.
